Productivity by design
The MILL E 1000/1400/1900 U is built around an ergonomic concept that keeps operators productive at all times. Pallets lower hydraulically to a comfortable working height, eliminating platforms and steps, while the unusually generous access to the working area, tool magazine, and pallet positions allows special parts to be clamped and prepared during main machining time. High-quality Spindle
The MILL E 1000/1400/1900 U is equipped with high-performance STEP TEC spindles available in a range from 10,000 to 24,000 min⁻¹, with HSK-A63, HSK-A100, and HSK-T100 interfaces covering everything from heavy roughing and turning to high-speed finishing. A super-rigid bearing design with three preloaded hybrid ball bearings in the front ensures milling with extra-long tools reaching into deep cavities, with high milling forces absorbed at the tool tip.
